Sub: Intimation for 2% change in share holding

This is to inform you that upto 4^th September 2008, we were holding 6,34,533 of Ion Exchange (India) Ltd, which was 5.0133% of the total issued and paid up capital of Ion Exchange (India) Ltd. of 1,26,56,911 shares.

Since our last disclosure till date we along with persons acting in our concert have sold our entire holding in the said company (out of these, 5,95,000 equity shares were sold on 1st March 2021 and 2^nd March 2021). There by resulting in a change of 2% in the shareholding in the said company.

Now, we submit the following information in necessary format which is required under Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of shares and Take overs) Regulations, 2011. Please treat this as notice as required under the above regulation.
