n view of the continuing Covid-19 pandemic, the Ministry of Corporate Affairs ("MCA") has ide its circular dated January 13, 2021 read with circulars dated May 5, 2020, April 13, 2020 and April 8, 2020 (collectively referred to as "MCA Circulars") and SEBI circular: lated January 15, 2021 and May 12, 2020, permitted the holding of the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") through VC / OAVM, without the physical presence of the Members at a ommon venue. In compliance with the said MCA circulars and SEBI circular, electronic copies of the Notice of 57^th AGM and Annual Report for the financial year 2020-2021 is being sent to all the members whose email addresses are registered with the Company/Depositor Participants. Members holding shares in physical form and who have not registered their email addresses and mobile numbers are requested to furnish the same to the Company's Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, M/s. TSR Darashaw Consultants Private Limited (TSRDCPL), at csg-unit@tcplindia.co.in and Members holding shares in demat form may egister their e-mail ID with their respective Depository Participant (DP). The Notice of 57 AGM and Annual Report for financial year 2020-2021 will also be made available on the Company's website at www.ionindia.com, website of the stock exchange, i.e., BSE Limited at www.bseindia.com and on the website of the NSDL at www.evoting.nsdl.com.

The Company is providing remote e-voting facility ('remote e-voting') to all its members t cast their vote on all resolutions set out in the Notice of 57^th AGM. Additionally, the Company is providing the facility of voting through e-voting system during the AGM 'e-voting'). Members attending the AGM through VC/OAVM will be counted for the urpose of reckoning the quorum under section 103 of the Act.

The remote e-voting period commences on $20^{\circ}$ August, 2021 (9:00 a.m.) and ends on 23^rd August, 2021 (5:00 p.m.). During this period members' of the Company, holding share either in physical form or in dematerialized form, as on the cut-off date of 17^th August, 2021 may cast their vote by remote e-voting. The remote e-voting module shall be disabled by NSDL for voting thereafter. Once the vote on a resolution is cast by the member, the lember shall not be allowed to change it subsequently. The voting rights of members shall be in proportion to their shares of the paid up equity share capital of the Company as on the cut-off date of 17^th August, 2021. TRANSFER OF UNCLAIMED DIVIDEND FOR THE FINANCIAL YEAR 2013-14 AND THE UNDERLYING EQUITY SHARES OF LIC HOUSING FINANCE LIMITED TO THE INVESTOR EDUCATION AND PROTECTION FUND (IEPF)

Notice is hereby given to shareholders of LIC Housing Finance Limited that, i terms of the relevant provision of Section 125 of the Companies Act, 2013 and the rule made thereunder, the unclaimed dividend for the financial yea 2013-14 and the underlying equity shares(s) of the Company, in respect of FY 2013-14, in case where the dividends for all the subsequent financial yea have not been claimed by the concerned shareholder, are liable to be transferred by the Company to the IEPF Authority, in accordance with the IEPI Rules 2016 as notified by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, effective September 2016 and as amended on 28th February, 2017 ('the Rules').

५७ व्या एजीएमच्या नोटीसमध्ये नमूद केलेल्या सर्व छरावांवर त्यांचे मत देण्यासाठी कंपनी तिच्या सर्व सभासदांना रिमोट इ-व्होटिंग सुविधा पुरवत आहे. त्या व्यतिरिक्त, कंपनी एजीएमच्या दरम्यान इ-व्होटिंग सिस्टीम (इ-व्होटिंग) मार्फत मतदानाची सुविधा पुरवत आहे. व्हीसी/ओएव्हीएम मार्फत एजीएमल उपस्थित राहणाऱ्या सभासदांची अधिनियमाच्या कलम १०३ अधीन गणसंख्येला मान्यता देण्याच्या हेतूने गणना केली जाईल.

रिमोट इ-व्होटिंग कालावधी सुरू होतो २० ऑगस्ट, २०२१ रोजी (सकाळी ९.००) आणि समाप्त होतो २३ ऑगस्ट, २०२१ रोजी (संध्याकाळी ५.००). या कालावधीत, कट-ऑफ तारीख १७ ऑगस्ट, २०२१ .

बाद्वारे एलआयसी हाऊसिंग फायनान्स लिमिटेडच्या समभागधारकांना सूचना देण्यात येत आहे की, कंपनी कायदा २०१३ च्या कलम १२५ च्या संबंधित तरतुर्दीच्या संदर्भात आणि त्याअंतर्गत तयार केलेल्या नियमांद्वारे आर्थिक वर्ष २०१३-१४ साठीचा दावा न केलेला लाभांश आणि कंपनीचे आर्थिक वर्ष २०१३–१४ साठीचे संबंधित समभाग, जिथे संबंधित समभागधारकाने सर्व नंतरच्या आर्थिक वर्षांसाठी लाभांशांचा दावा केलेला नाही अश बाबतीत, कॉर्पोरेट कामकाज मंत्रालयाने ७ सप्टेंबर २०१६ रोजीपासून अंमलात आणलेल्या आणि २८ फेब्रुवारी २०१७ रोजी दरूस्ती केल्याप्रमाणे अधिसुचित केलेल्या आयईपीएफ नियम २०१६ नियमावलीनुसार, कंपनीकडून आयईपीएफ ऑथोरिटीकडे हस्तांतरित करण्यास पात्र आहेत.

उक्तनिर्देशित केल्याप्रमाणे हमीपत्र २५ ऑगस्ट, २०२१ रोजीपर्यंत पोहोचले नसल्यास कंपनी आर्थिक वर्ष २०१३–१४ साठी दावा न केलेला लाभांश आणि कंपनीचे सदर लाभांशाशी संलग्न संबंधित, संबंधित समभागधारका(कां)च्या नावे नोंदणीकृत असलेले समभाग २४ सप्टेंबर २०२१ रोजी किंवा तत्पूर्वी, कॉर्पोरेट कामकाज मंत्रालयाने ७ सप्टेंबर २०१६ रोजीपासून अंमलात आलेल्या आणि २८ फेब्रुवारी २०१७ रोजी दुरूस्ती केल्याप्रमाणे अधिसूचित केलेल्या आयईपीएफ नियम २०१६ नियमावलीनुसार, कंपनीकडून आयईपीएफ ऑथोरिटीकडे हस्तांतरित करण्यात येतील.

संबंधित समभागधारक ज्यांच्याकडे प्रत्यक्ष स्वरूपात समभाग आहेत आणि ज्यांचे समभाग आयर्डपीण्फ ऑथोरिटीकडे हस्तांतरित करण्यास पात्र आहेत, त्यांनी कृपया नोंद घ्यावी की कंपनी मळ समभाग प्रमाणपत्रांच्या बदल्यात बनावट समभाग प्रमाणपत्र(त्रे) जारी करणार आहे आणि अशा पद्धतीने जारी केलयावर त्यांच्या नावे नोंदणीकृत मूळ समभाग प्रमाणपत्र(त्रे) आपोआप रद्द होतील आणि ती स्वीकारली जाणार नाहीत. त्यानंतर कंपनी कॉर्पोरेट कारवाईदद्वारे बनावट समभाग प्रमाणपत्र(त्रे) डिमॅट स्वरूपात हस्तांतरित करण्याच्या आणि आयईपीएफ ऑथोरिटीच्या नावे हस्तांतरित करण्याची सूचना देईल. डिमॅट स्वरूपात असलेल्या समभागांसाठी कंपनी डिपॉझिटरीला कॉर्पोरेट कारवाईच्या स्वरूपात सूचना देईल जिथे समभागधारकांची खाती असतील ती आयईपीएफ ऑथोरिटीच्या नावे हस्तांतरित होतील.

कृषी उद्योजकांच्या अडचणी दूर करा - गडकरी

नागपूर – राज्य सरकारने खरेदी बंद केल्याने अडचणीत सापडलेल्या राज्यातील १८७ कृषी उपकरण निर्माते उद्योजकांच्या अडचणी दूर करा, असे विनंती पत्र केंद्रीय भूपृष्ठ वाहतूक मंत्री नितीन गडकरी यांनी केंद्रीय अर्थमंत्री निर्मला सीतारामन यांना पाठवले आहे. कृषी उपकरण निर्माते उद्योजकांची संघटना एआयएमएच्या शिष्टमंडळाने केंद्रीय मंत्री नितीन गडकरी यांची भेट घेऊन त्यांना निवेदन दिले. केंद्राच्या सूचनेनुसार राज्यात रोख रक्कम लाभार्थ्यांच्या खात्यात जमा करणे ही योजना लागू केल्याने सरकारकडून होणारी कृषी उपकरणांची खरेदी बंद झाली. परिणामी राज्यातील १८७ उद्योग अडचणीत आले. तेथे काम करणाऱ्या कामगारांच्या रोजगाराचाही प्रश्न निर्माण झाला याकडे शिष्टमंडळाने गडकरी यांचे लक्ष वेधले. त्यानुसार गडकरींनी केंद्रीय अथमंत्र्यांना पत्र पाठवून या समस्या सोडवण्याची विनंती केली आहे.
