In its notification, la Société Fédérale de Participations et d'Investissement (including Belfius) has notified, that following an acquisition of IBA shares with voting rights, its total holding in IBA SA has crossed upwards the 3 % threshold on June 11, 2019.

In details, on June 11, 2019, la Société Fédérale de Participations et d'Investissement owned 961.954 IBA shares with voting rights, representing 3,19% of the total number of shares issued by IBA (30 122 528).
