Transaction in Own Shares and Total Voting Rights

iomart announces that it has issued 75,000 (0.07 per cent) iomart ordinary shares out of treasury to satisfy an exercise of options.

As a result of the above, the total number of ordinary shares of 1 pence each of iomart Group plc as at the date of this notice is 107,803,006.

There are 140,773 ordinary shares in the iomart Group plc Employee Benefit Trust and the Company holds 771,636 of its ordinary shares in treasury.

Therefore, the total number of voting rights in iomart Group plc is 106,890,597.

The above figure of 106,890,597 shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, iomart Group plc, under the Disclosures and Transparency Rules.
