DIRECTORS' DEALINGS AND COMPLETION OF SECONDARY PLACING

iomart Group plc (AIM: IOM, the "Group" or the "Company"), the cloud computing company, announces that further to the announcement earlier today, Angus MacSween, Richard Logan and Sarah Haran, who are directors of the Company (together the "Selling Directors"), have sold in aggregate 4,290,909 Ordinary Shares, representing 4.1 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company. The shares were placed at a price of 275 pence per Ordinary Share. The Ordinary Shares placed on behalf of the individual directors was as follows:
