APPOINTMENT OF CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Iofina, specialists in the exploration and production of iodine and iodine specialty chemical derivatives, is pleased to announce the appointment of Neil K. Hekking as Executive Director to the Board with immediate effect.  Neil will also serve as the Company's Chief Financial Officer ("CFO").

Neil joins with a demonstrable track record following a myriad of senior finance roles, including Group Corporate Controller of TASI GROUP. TASI provides advanced test and inspection instrumentation & systems, flowmeters and flow control products, measurement instrumentation and automated assembly and test systems. Prior to this position, Neil served as European Controller at RTP Company, a manufacturer of engineered plastics with its European headquarters based in France. Neil also holds an International Finance MBA from the Moore School of Business, University of South Carolina, U.S.A.

In conjunction with today's appointment, Michael Coddington, who has held the position of Finance Director since April 2014, steps down from the Board but remains at the Company working alongside the senior team in a Finance Controller capacity. The Board would like to thank Mike for his support and work to date and welcomes him into his new role.
