Appointment of Non-Executive Director

Iofina, a specialist in the exploration and production of iodine and specialty chemical iodine derivatives, is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Stuart Michael Eaton as a Non-Executive Director of the Group with immediate effect.

Stuart, aged 49, joins the Board with a demonstrable track record in both the oil & gas and the financial services sectors. Stuart is currently Non-Executive Director of Nighthawk Energy plc, the AIM listed US focused shale oil development and production company. Previous positions include Head of UK Equity Alpha at Insight Investment Management Limited, responsible for the management of UK equity long-only portfolios and a Director of Specialist Benchmark Funds at Newton Investment Management Limited, responsible for managing global segregated pension funds and unit trusts.  Furthermore, Stuart was also a portfolio manager at Provident Mutual Life Assurance managing UK equity segregated funds.
