Re: Correction: Notice of change of interests of substantial holder - IOD Limited ASX: IOD (“IOD”)

This letter is provided to correct the Form 604 lodged on 29 July 2021 by Xplore Wealth Pty Ltd ( Xplore) and Investment Administration Services Pty Ltd (IAS) .

We advise the form was lodged due to an administrative error.

Following a review of holdings of IOD in which Xplore and IAS hold a relevant interest, it was found that the holdings were at all times less than 5%.

IAS is a wholly owned subsidiary of Xplore.

Corrective actions are being undertaken to reduce the risk of a recurrence of this type.
