RE: DR PAUL KASIAN - CEASING TO BE SUBSTANTIAL SHAREHOLDER AMENDMENT

It has come to my intention that due to an administrative error a ceasing to be Substantial Holder notice was incorrectly lodged on 5 July 2019.

I request the notice be revoked.

My current shareholding at 21 October 2019 is as follows

Yongala Investments Pty Ltd (Yongala Family A/C) 17,500,000

Yongala Investments Pty Ltd (Kasian S/F) 11,016,667

which represents 5.38% of the IODM shareholding
