IODM Limited September Quarter 2017 Report and Update

Cloud-based automated debtor management solution IODM, IODM Limited (ASX: IOD) (“IODM” and “Company”) is pleased to provide a report of its activities for the quarter ending 30 September 2017.

During the September quarter the company started to see signs that revenue growth is starting to emerge. Previously nurtured strategic alliances are starting to convert to commercial arrangements. The company continued to gain and maintain momentum and credibility in the corporate sector due to positive brand awareness and marketing campaigns.

In this quarter, we engaged with a lead generation company based in Melbourne, who have commenced introducing IODM to over 400 medium to large corporates focussing on the logistics and medical sectors. Already we have received interest with positive feedback. This program is proving to be successful and we will continue with the program to enter into other market sectors.

IODM was successful in applying for an R&D grant of $424K, which was subsequently paid in October 2017 . This government incentive is also expected to be available to IODM in future years.

The company announced a rights issue to shareholders in August. This was partially underwritten by Domain Capital Pty Ltd to the amount of $700,000. An amount of Circa $750,000 was raised pursuant to the rights issue.

The last quarter a sales executive was appointed who is building a robust corporate pipeline to which we anticipate prospects to be revenue generating in the Dec quarter.

The company continues to reduce its monthly operating costs by refining and restructuring operational processes.

. Sales & Marketing Update

Throughtout the quarter IODM has continued to build the pipeline within the corporate and accountancy market with a majority of these accounts expected to go to revenue in early 2018.

The pricing model has been adjusted to align for the corporate sector and now attracts a setup fee, annual licence fee and ongoing maintenance fee.

The commencement of the lead generation campaign combined with a robust digital marketing program have generated qualified corporate leads and a significant amount of interest.

Strategic Partnerships

IODM is continuing to expand its distribution network with an alliance agreement with EC Credit Control a total debt management provider with offices in Australia and New Zealand. The execution of this agreement in late October 2017 is expected to generate revenue in the Dec quarter with over 55 area managers in Australia and New Zealand. EC Credit Control have several thousand SMB clients and work with all the major banks in NZ and several blue-chip major corporates.

National Credit Solutions (NCI) is a partnership that was formed several months ago. This quarter involved training NCI BDMs and the launch of a marketing campaign introducing IODM to their client base. A number of corporates have been identified with some proposals expected to be executed in the Dec quarter.

Technology

The company continues to be a market leader in the development of its features for the SME and corporate client to deliver an enhanced customer experience and customised offering. IODM is set to launch its offering in NZ in the December quarter.
