IODM Limited Completes Share Placement
IODM Ltd (ASX: IOD) (Company) today announced the completion of a share placement of 8,212,188 fully paid ordinary shares (Shares) to raise $1,355,011.02 at 16.5 cents a Share (Placement).
The placement received strong support from existing shareholders alongside new Institutional and sophisticated private investors. The placement is expected to settle in full on 11 February 2020 and was made without the need for prior shareholder approval. The Placement of 8,212,188 new shares are being issued under its 15 percent placement capacity (under ASX Listing Rule 7.1), that was approved at the company’s last AGM.
The proceeds are to be used to fund an increase in sales and marketing.
