VOLUNTARY SUSPENSION REQUEST

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.2, the Directors of IODM Limited (“the Company”) (ASX Code: IOD) hereby request a voluntary suspension of the Company’s securities pending an announcement to the market concerning a capital raise.

The Company requests that the voluntary suspension be lifted on the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Monday 7 August, 2017 or when the announcement referred to above is released to the market.

The Company is not aware of any reason why the voluntary suspension should not be granted, nor of any other information available at this stage that is relevant to the voluntary suspension.
