Resignation from Board of Directors

IODM Limited (ASX: IOD; “IODM” or “the Company”) announces that Mr Chris Rogers has resigned as an Executive Director of the Company as of 1 March, 2018 to pursue other personal projects Mr Rogers will still be available to the company on a consulting basis and remains a substantial shareholder in the business.

Commenting on the resignation, IODM Executive Chairman, Mark Reilly said “I personally and the board are extremely grateful and appreciative of the significant contribution Chris has made to the board and are sad to see him go, but recognise that Chris said from the start that he wasn’t seeking a long term appointment and had other things he would always pursue at a point in time. That time has arrived and we wish him well.”

Chris Rogers commented, “I have enjoyed my time on the board of IODM, and given that the product is now at a maturity level where it is receiving significant acceptance at the enterprise and corporate level, I think it is timely for me step aside and spend time pursuing other activities. I remain a significant shareholder in the company and will be following its progress with interest.”
