Board Appointment and Resignation

The Board of Paradigm Metals Limited (“the Company ”) wishes to advise that, effective Immediately, Dr Graham Carman has resigned as a Director of the Company. The Board wishes to thank Dr Carman for his contribution to the Company and wishes him success in the future.

As a result of the resignation of Dr Carman, the Company advises that “ Resolution 2 – re-election of Director – Dr Graham Carman ” contained in the notice of annual general meeting dated 2 September 2014 (“ Notice ”) is no longer required. Accordingly, the Company confirms that the meeting will proceed at the date and time contemplated in the Notice, however resolution 2 is withdrawn from the agenda.

The Board is pleased to advise that Dr Nicholas Lindsay has been appointed to the Board as a non-executive director.

Dr Lindsay has substantial experience in the global mining industry, and the technical and commercial assessment, and development of copper, gold and iron ore projects in Australia, South Africa, Mongolia and Chile. He has been associated with both the major and junior mining sectors in Chile for over 20 years. He is Managing Director of Castillo Copper Limited and a Director of Laguna Resources Limited. Dr Lindsay is a Member of the AusIMM and the Australian Institute of Geoscientists.

Additionally, Mr Jonathan Hart has resigned his position as Company Secretary in order to pursue other business interests. The Board thanks Mr Hart for his involvement.

The Company is pleased to announce that Ms Paula Cowan has been appointed as Company Secretary. Ms Cowan is an outstanding finance professional with over 10 years’ experience and is presently a Director of Palisade Business Consulting, a consulting and secretarial advisory firm specialising in business advisory, consulting and back office support (finance and secretarial) to SME’s and ASX listed entities.

Prior to that Ms Cowan held senior roles in advisory firms KordaMentha and Ernst and Young.

Ms Cowan holds a Bachelor of Commerce/Law (Hons), is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
