EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR APPOINTMENT / RESIGNATION

The Board of Paradigm Metals Limited (“the Company”) wishes to advise that, effective immediately, Mr Mattheus Pieterse has resigned as Executive Director of the Company to pursue new business opportunities. The Board wishes to thank Mr Pieterse for his contribution to the Company and wishes him success in his new endeavours.

Additionally, the Board wishes to advise that the Company’s Chief Executive Officer (‘CEO’), Mr Anthony Reilly has been appointed to the Board as an Executive Director and will continue in his role as the Company’s CEO. There is no change to Mr Reilly’s remuneration package which was disclosed in the ASX release on 24 June 2013.
