Change of Company Secretary
Paradigm Metals Limited ( Company or PDM ) wishes to advise that Mr David McEntaggart has resigned as Company Secretary of the Company, effective immediately. The board would like to thank him for his efforts to date and wish him well in his future endeavours.
The Board of PDM is also pleased to advise that Mr Jonathan Hart has been appointed to the position of Company Secretary of the Company, effective immediately. Mr Hart previously worked at Perth based law firm, Steinepreis Paganin. Mr Hart’s experience includes due diligence investigations, general corporate and commercial drafting, public and private mergers and acquisitions, general corporate advice in relation to capital raisings, Corporations Act and ASX compliance.
