InVision AG: Adjustment of the Guidance for 2018 Financial Year

Düsseldorf, (Germany), 29 October 2018 – Today, the Executive Board of InVision AG (ISIN: DE0005859698) decided to adjust the guidance for the current financial year that was issued with the 2017 Consolidated Financial Statements. Due to the revenue development of the business unit The Call Center School that fell below expectations, the Company now expects total revenues to decrease by 0-5 percent and a balanced EBIT (Earnings Before Interest and Taxes) in 2018. With the 2017 Consolidated Financial Statements, the Company initially expected an increase in total revenues of 0-10 percent and an EBIT margin of 0-10 percent for 2018 financial year.
