Ratingen (Germany), April 14, 2010 - According to preliminary figures,
InVision Software AG (ISIN: DE0005859698), a leading international provider
of enterprise-wide workforce management solutions, has slightly increased
revenues and improved the Group revenues in the financial year 2009. Total
revenues increased to about EUR 12.0 million compared to EUR 11.9 million
reported in the previous financial year. The licence revenues increased by
app. 38 percent to app. EUR 4.7 million (previous year: EUR 3.4 million),
while maintenance revenues increased to app. EUR 4.3 million compared to
EUR 3.9 million earned in the previous year. This represents an increase of
app. 11 percent. Due to low licence revenues in 2008 and the thereby
decreased consulting workload in the year 2009, service revenues decreased
by app. 37 percent to EUR 3.0 million (2008: EUR 4.7 million).

According to preliminary figures, Group revenues have increased to app. EUR
-4.7 million (previous year: EUR -7.8 million). The expected EBIT will
amount to app. EUR -7.0 million (2008: EUR -8.9 million).

For 2010, InVision Software AG expects increasing revenues and a positive
result. The cost base expected for 2010 amounts to app. EUR 15.0 million.
Thereby, the good equity capital ratio of 67 percent (as of December 31,
2009), is a good basis for the further development of the company.
