according to Section 21, para. 1 of the WpHG that via shares its voting
rights on InVision AG, Ratingen, Germany, have risen above the threshold of
3% of the voting rights on 20 April 2015 and on that day amounted to
3.1087% (this corresponds to 69,480 voting rights in relation to the total
of 2,235,000 voting rights).
