according to Section 21, para. 1 of the WpHG that via shares its voting
rights on InVision AG, Ratingen, Germany, have fallen below the threshold
of 3% of the voting rights on 10 December 2014 and on that day amounted to
2.978% (this corresponds to 66,557 voting rights in relation to the total
of 2,235,000 voting rights).
