CHANGE TO CEO REMUNERATION

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.16.4, Invion Limited (ASX:IVX) wishes to advise that, further to an annual remuneration review in accordance with the terms of the employment agreement, the base salary of Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Dr Greg Collier, has increased from $300,000 to $330,000 per annum, plus statutory superannuation. The change is base salary is to be effective from 6 May 2014, which is 12 months after the commencement of Dr Collier’s appointment.

All other terms of Dr Collier’s appointment and remuneration remain unchanged.
