STRATEGIC TRANSACTION UPDATE – ASX DETERMINATION
Brisbane, Australia and Delaware, United States, 5 September 2017 : Invion Limited (ASX: IVX) ( Invion or the Company ) advises that the Australian Securities Exchange ( ASX ) has determined ASX Listing Rule 11.1.2 and 11.1.3 will not apply in respect of the transaction announced to the market on 31 August 2017.
The Company intends to proceed with the strategic transaction in accordance with the previously announced indicative timetable.
