Section 708A Notice – Issue of Invion Limited securities without disclosure

Invion Limited (ABN 76 094 730 417) gives notice under section 708A(5)(e) of Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) (Act) that:

1. as detailed in the Appendix 3B dated 17 December 2015, the following securities have been issued

   • 12,500,000 fully paid ordinary shares

   • 5,005,000 unlisted share options with an exercise price of $0.0175 and an expiry date of 18 November 2020;

2. these securities have been issued without disclosure to the recipient under Part 6D.2 of the Act;

3. as at the date of this notice, the company has complied with the provisions of Chapter 2M as they apply to the company and section 674 of the Act; and

4. as at the date of this notice, there is no information that is ‘excluded information’ (within the meaning of sections 708A(7) and 708A(8) of the Act).
