NOTICE UNDER SECTION 708A(5)(e) OF THE CORPORATIONS ACT

On 30 November CBio Limited issued 1,000,000 quoted share options, with an exercise price of $1 and an expiry date of 31 December 2012.

CBio hereby gives notice under section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) (the "Corporations Act”) that:

1. the above mentioned share options were issued without disclosure under Part 6D.2 of the Corporations Act;

2. as at 30 November 2010, CBio has complied with:

   • a. the provisions of Chapter 2M of the Corporations Act as they apply to CBio; and

   • b. section 674 of the Corporations Act; and

3. as at 30 November 2010, there is no excluded information (as defined in subsection 708A(7) of the Corporations Act which is required to be disclosed in accordance with sections 708A(6) and 708A(8) of the Corporations Act.
