BRISBANE: CBio Limited (ASX:CBZ) today announced the resignation from the Board of Directors of chairman, Dr Michael Monsour, non-executive director, Mr Ross Mangelsdorf, and non-executive director, Mr Warren Brooks.
“On behalf of the board and the staff of CBio, I thank Dr Monsour for his service and for his long-standing commitment to the company. He is well-regarded for his unwavering support of the staff and for his determination to commercialise XToll,” said Acting Chairman, Dr Ralph Craven.
“I also thank Ross Mangelsdorf and Warren Brooks for their service,” Dr Craven said.
