ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

The Annual General Meeting will be held at 11:00am (Brisbane time) on Friday November 26 at in the East Auditorium, BTP Technology Conference Centre, 1 Clunies Ross Court, Eight Mile Plains. The Notice of Meeting will be lodged separately to this announcement.

Shareholders are asked to disregard the AGM details listed on page 69 of the Annual Report as the AGM was rescheduled subsequent to lodgement with the ASX and printing.

DISPATCH OF ANNUAL REPORT AND NOTICE OF MEETING

The Annual Report and Annual General Meeting Notice of Meeting will be dispatched to those shareholders who have elected to receive hard copies today. Electronic distribution will also take place today. Both the Annual Report and Notice of Meeting will also be available on the CBio website, www.cbio.com.au
