redT energy plc (AIM:RED), the energy storage technology company, announces that the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") relating to the Company's financial year ended 31 December 2015, will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday 23rd August 2016 in the Meridian Room, Ground Floor, Clerkenwell Workshops, 31 Clerkenwell Close, London EC1R 0AT.

The Notice convening the AGM is being sent to shareholders today and will be available on the Company's website www.redtenergy.com
