Total Voting Rights

Following the demerger of the Network-Based Managed Services Business, Redstone, the ICT Infrastructure Solutions business confirms that the total number of voting rights in Redstone remains unchanged at 623,717,357 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each. This number may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Redstone under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.

A total of 62,368,247 new ordinary shares in Redcentric plc have been issued to Redstone shareholders. Admission to AIM and trading in the new Redcentric ordinary shares under the ticker "RCN" is expected to commence at 8.00 a.m. on 24 April 2013.
