Invictus Energy Ltd (ASX:IVZ) ("Invictus" or "the Company") is pleased to annoucnce the appointment of Victoria (Vicky) McLellan, who joined Invictus as Chief Financial Officer on 19 August 2024, as Joint Company Secretary, effective immediately.

Vicky is a Chartered Accountant with extensive experience in governance and regulatory compliance gained at FAR (ASX:FAR) and in her role as Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary at Metgasco (ASX:MEL).

Gabriel Chiappini, Non Executive Director and Chair of Governance for Invictus , will continues as a Joint Company Secretary.

Vicky is nominated as an additional person responsible for communication with the ASX in relation to Listing Rule matters.
