NOTICE RECEIVED UNDER SECTION 203D OF THE CORPORATIONS ACT

Sunbird Energy Limited (ASX: SNY ) ( Company ) advises that it has received a notice pursuant to section 203D of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) from Mycatmax Pty Ltd, DCJ Pty Ltd and The Poolside Investment (collectively the Notifying Shareholders ), of their intention to move a resolution at a general meeting of shareholders to remove Mr Kerwin Rana as a director of the Company.

The Company is seeking advice in relation to the notice and will advise shareholders of any developments.
