REQUISITION TO CALL A GENERAL MEETING

Sunbird Energy Limited (ASX: SNY ) ( Company ) refers to its announcement of 27 March 2015 and advises that on 7 April 2015 the Company received a compliant notice pursuant to section 249D of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) ( Corporations Act ) from Salt Mineral Investments Limited requesting that a general meeting be called to consider resolutions to remove Mr Marcus Gracey as a director and appoint Mr Dorian Wrigley and Mr David Blair as directors of the Company.

The Company also advises that on 8 April 2015 it received a compliant notice pursuant to section 249D of the Corporations Act from Mycatmax Pty Ltd, DCJ Pty Ltd and The Poolside Investment requesting that a general meeting be called to consider a resolution to remove Mr Kerwin Rana as a director of the Company.

The Company will advise shareholders of any further developments and the date of the meeting.
