Notice under Section 708A(5) of the Corporations Act
Australasian Wealth Investments Limited (the “Company” ) hereby gives notice as follows:

On 25 September 2013, the Company issued 28,600,000 new ordinary fully paid shares to certain investors introduced by Bell Potter Securities Limited (the “ Relevant Securities ”).

The Relevant Securities were issued without disclosure to the investors under Part 6D.2 of the Corporations Act 2001 (the “ Act ”).

This Notice is being given under paragraph (5)(e) of section 708A(5) of the Act.

As at the date of this Notice, the Company has complied with the provisions of Chapter 2M of the Act as they apply to the Company and with section 674 of the Act.

As at the date of this Notice, there is no excluded information within the meaning of section 708A(7) and (8) of the Act.
