FAT PROPHETS AUSTRALIA FUND LIMITED - UNSTAPLING OF STAPLED SECURITIES
Participating Organisations are advised that Fat Prophets Australia Fund Limited (the "Company"), currently a stapled security consisting of one ordinary share and one option exercisable at \$1.00 each between 20 April 2006 and 20 April 2008 ("Stapled Securities"), will unstaple on Thursday, 20 April 2006 (the "Unstapling").
From Wednesday 12 April 2006, the Company's ordinary shares (ASX code: FAT) and options (ASX code: FAT0) will trade separately, initially on a deferred settlement basis. The current ASX code FATS will cease to exist.
