Issue of units

InvestSMART Funds Management Ltd, as the responsible entity of the Fund, announces the issue of units in the Intelligent Investor Ethical Share Fund – INES outlined below, following completion of the secondary offer of units:

Units were issued at the Net Asset Value ( NAV ) per unit as calculated at close on 26 February 2022, rounded down to the nearest whole unit for each application.
