Restructure of Management Contracts

REDUCTION IN ISSUED CAPITAL – APPENDIX 3B

Following the resignation of Ben Heap on 31 March 2015 under the key management changes, the Long Term Incentive Plan shares issued of 10,569,384 to Mr Heap in December 2013 have been cancelled.

The number of ordinary shares on issue for Australasian Wealth Investments Limited, following this cancellation, is 114,885,360 which includes the Long Term Incentive Plan shares issued to the Chairman, Mr Clitheroe.
