CAPITAL RAISING

Australasian Wealth Investments Limited (“ AWK ” or the “ Company ”) has raised $7,250,000.20 via a placement of 15,760,870 million ordinary shares at $0.46 per share to domestic professional and sophisticated investors (“ Placement ”).

The proceeds of the Placement will be used to make further acquisitions of complementary businesses in digital distribution, and other core businesses, and provide additional working capital.
