AMENDMENT TO MANAGING DIRECTOR’S EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT
InvestSMART Group Limited (ASX:INV) wishes to advise that pursuant to a periodic review of employment agreements with Company executives, the Employment Agreement with Mr Ron Hodge, the Company’s Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director, has been amended.
