Wealth Investments Limited (ASX code: AWI) appoints new CEO and Managing Director**

Australasian Wealth Management Limited has appointed Mr Ron Hodge as Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of the AWI Group.

Chairman Paul Clitheroe announced that Mr Hodge, currently Chief Operating Officer and an executive Director of AWI, takes up his new role effective today (24 February, 2016). The material terms of Mr Hodge’s employment arrangements are summarised in Appendix 1.

Mr Clitheroe, also announced that co-­‐incident with Mr Hodge’s appointment he relinquished his responsibilities as Executive Chairman effective immediately, but will continue as the non-­‐executive Chairman of AWI.

Mr Hodge has more than 20 years’ experience in the retail financial services industry and was the co-­‐ founder of InvestSMART in 1999.

He joined AWI in September 2013, when AWI purchased InvestSMART and ran that business up until his appointment in March 2015 as Chief Operating Officer of AWI.

“Ron is an outstanding and experienced executive and I am confident his leadership and track record will build on the momentum we already have in the business,” Mr Clitheroe said.

Mr Hodge said AWI’s flagship brands including InvestSMART and Intelligent Investor has a proud history of customer service, innovating new products and driving industry change.

ASX Listing Rule 3.16.4 Name: Ron Hodge Title: Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director Date of commencement in role: 24 February 2016 Total annual remuneration: $289,573 Review of remuneration: Annual review assessed against Key Performance indicators. Increases are at the discretion of the Board. Notice period: 3 months Mr Hodge participates in a Long Term Incentive Plan, which was approved by shareholders on 17 June 2015.
