Mr Andrew Brown has today tendered his resignation as the Chairman and as a Director of Australasian Wealth Investments Limited (the ‘Company’).

We thank Andrew for his contribution to the Company, and in particular recognise his assistance in supporting the recent renewal of the Company’s investment strategy following a number of difficult years. We wish him well in his future endeavours.

Mr Andrew Barnes will assume responsibility as acting Chairman. The Company will commence a search for suitably qualified and experienced candidates to join, and further strengthen, the Board.
