The Investment Company plc 

(the "Company")

The Company has today declared a fourth interim dividend in respect of the financial year ended 30 June 2017 of 5.7 pence per ordinary share, payable on 18 August 2017 to ordinary shareholders on the register on 28 July 2017. The ex-dividend date will be 27 July 2017.

19 July 2017
