INVESTEC LIMITED PURCHASE OF INVESTEC PLC ORDINARY SHARES AND REPURCHASE OF INVESTEC LIMITED ORDINARY SHARES  

Further to the share purchase and share buyback programme commencement announcement on 20 August 2025 ("The Programme"), the following purchases were made:  

Investec Limited purchases of Investec PLC ordinary shares - LSE  

Investec Limited (the "Company") announces today it has purchased the following number of Investec plc ordinary shares of 0.0002 pence each through Investec Markets Proprietary Limited.   

Date of purchase:                                                                       11 December 2025 - 16 December 2025

Aggregate number of ordinary shares purchased:                     1,046,635

Lowest price paid per share                                                       GBP5.1600

Highest price paid per share                                                      GBP5.3550

Average price paid per share                                                     GBP5.2640

The Company intends to treat the shares as if they were treasury shares in the consolidated annual financial statements of the Investec Group.   

Since the 20th of August 2025, the Company has purchased 5,030,079 shares at a cost (including dealing and associated costs) of GBP27,478,745.

Investec Limited purchases of Investec PLC ordinary shares - JSE  

The Company announces today it has purchased the following number of Investec plc ordinary shares of 0.0002 pence each through Investec Markets Proprietary Limited.

Aggregate number of ordinary shares purchased:                     300,000

Lowest price paid per share                                                       R117.0400

Highest price paid per share                                                      R120.0200

Average price paid per share                                                     R118.3715

The Company intends to treat the shares as if they were treasury shares in the consolidated annual financial statements of the Investec Group.   

Since the 20th of August 2025, the Company has purchased 3,905,060 shares at a cost (including dealing and associated costs) of R506,637,355.   

Investec Limited repurchases of Investec Limited ordinary shares - JSE  

The Company announces today it has purchased the following number of Investec Limited ordinary shares of R0.0002 each through Investec Markets Proprietary Limited.

Aggregate number of ordinary shares purchased:                     304,950

Lowest price paid per share                                                       R116.8900

Highest price paid per share                                                      R119.9900

Average price paid per share                                                     R118.1209

The repurchased Investec Limited shares will be cancelled and reinstated as authorised but unissued shares in the share capital of Investec Limited.  

Since the 20th of August 2025, the Company has purchased 2,591,437 shares at a cost (including dealing and associated costs) of R335,732,100.
