In accordance with the requirements of Disclosure and Transparency Rule ("DTR") 5.6.1, the Company is notifying the market that as at 31 July 2024 it has in issue 42,700,000 ordinary shares of no par value carrying one voting right each. The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in treasury. Accordingly, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 42,700,000 which should be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the DTRs.
