Board Changes
InvestAcc is delighted to announce the appointment of Vinoy Nursiah as Chief Financial Officer ("CFO") and an Executive Director, to be effective by the end of H1 2025. This key appointment comes following the successful completion of our acquisition of InvestAcc Holdings Limited as announced on 9 October 2024.
Vinoy brings a wealth of experience to the role, with a proven track record of driving financial performance, operational excellence, and strategic transformation. He will be instrumental in supporting InvestAcc's ambitious growth through both organic growth and further M&A.
As CFO, Vinoy will assume responsibility for the Group's overall financial strategy, performance, and reporting. Working alongside the rest of the Board, he will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering the Group's strategic objectives, ensuring our financial strength and operational agility.
The Company also announces that James Pearce has stepped down from his position as CFO effective immediately.
