RELEASE OF RESTRICTED SECURITIES

InVert Graphite Limited (the "Company") (ASX: IVG) advises in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.10A, that 18,472,652 shares will be released from escrow on 3 June 2026.

The Company will apply for the quotation of these shares within 5 business days after the end of the escrow period in accordance with Listing Rule 2.8.5.
