This is with reference to our earlier disclosure dated March 13, 2026, regarding the approval of the Board for further investment in Inventurus Knowledge Solutions, Inc. (“IKS Inc.”), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.

Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30(7) of the SEBI LODR Regulations and in continuation of aforesaid disclosure dated March 13, 2026, we hereby inform that the Company has acquired 29,541 shares of IKS Inc. as the first tranche of investment amounting to USD 19,000,476/-.
