Ref: Disclosure submitted on March 13, 2026 and March 27, 2026 under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“SEBI LODR Regulations”).

Subject : Update under Regulation 30 (7) of the SEBI LODR Regulations with respect to investment in Inventurus Knowledge Solutions, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary.

This is with reference to our earlier disclosure dated March 13, 2026, regarding the approval of the Board for further investment in Inventurus Knowledge Solutions, Inc. (“IKS Inc.”), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company and update submitted on March 27, 2026 with respect to said disclosure.

Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30(7) of the SEBI LODR Regulations and in continuation of aforesaid disclosures, we hereby inform that the Company has acquired 32,635 shares of IKS Inc. as the second tranche of investment amounting to USD 20,990,505/-.

With this the aforesaid event disclosed on March 13, 2026 has been completed.
