Invalda INVL acquired INVL Technology shares for EUR 2.3 million

Vilnius, Lithuania, 2015-07-09 16:42 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- One of the largest asset management groups in the Baltics Invalda INVL invested into IT investment company INVL Technology shares EUR 2.3 million and will hold 15.7 per cent stake. During public offering of the shares Invalda INVL invested EUR 1.4 million and additional EUR 0.9 million worth of shares was acquired from INVL Technology managers and founders. In all deals price per share amounted to EUR 1.65. INVL Technology duric public offering of shares in July attracted EUR 10 million. Current shareholders acquired new INVL Technology shares for EUR 4.5 million, institutional investors - for EUR 1.7 million, natural and legal investors - for EUR 3.8 million.
