Annex the agreement regarding merger of activities of Trakcja Polska and Tiltra Group was signed

AB Invalda hereby informs that on 30 November 2010 an annex was executed to the
agreement dated 18 November 2010 entered into among between the Tiltra Group AB
and AB Kauno Tiltai (further - Tiltra Group) and their shareholders and Polish
listed railway infrastructure construction market leader Trakcja Polska S. A.
and its largest shareholder Comsa Emte (Spain) group regarding merger of
activities of Trakcja Polska and Tiltra Group. AB Invalda provided information
on this agreement in information about material event dated 18 November 2010.

In the annex, the Parties agreed that the deadline for delivery and accepting
the disclosure letters (i.e. a specification of information disclosed by a
party which excludes liability of the disclosing party related to
representations and warranties) is postponed until 13 December 2010 (previous
term - 30 November 2010).
