Invalda INVL - Notification on material event

Trading of shares in Invalda INVL will be suspended from 7 February 2019

As the notification about the material event may be published during the trading period and seeking to ensure protection of the shareholder‘s interest of the public joint stock company Invalda INVL (hereinafter may be referred as the Company), the Company submitted a request to Nasdaq Vilnius to suspend trading in Invalda INVL shares from 7 February (inclusive) until the announcement of the material event. Company‘s shares are listed in Baltic Secondary List of the Nasdaq Vilnius Stock Exchange.
