Invalda INVL - Notification on material event

Trading of shares in Invalda INVL will be suspended from 2nd October 2018

Taking into account the information, which could become public during the trading period, about the planned acquisition of the Moldova-Agroindbank share stake and seeking to ensure protection of the shareholder‘s interest of the public joint stock company Invalda INVL (hereinafter may be referred as the Company), the Company submitted a request to Nasdaq Vilnius to suspend trading in Invalda INVL shares from October 2nd (inclusive) until the announcement of the material event. Company‘s shares are listed in Baltic Secondary List of the Nasdaq Vilnius Stock Exchange.
